Assessment
A scored multi-choice conclusion to the course
This assessment contains 20 multiple-choice questions covering the four knowledge areas of this course: The Spectrum of Advocacy, The Role of the Professional Advocate, Statutory Advocacy, and The Wider Advocacy Landscape.
Each question has four possible answers. Only one is correct. The questions are based entirely on the content delivered in this course and are designed to test your understanding of advocacy as it applies to your practice in Cardiff. They are not designed to catch you out. They reflect the kinds of situations and decisions you may encounter in your role.
If you do not pass first time, you are welcome to revisit the course content and retake the assessment as many times as you need. The interactive elements throughout the course (expandable sections, flip cards, and scenario prompts) are there to support your learning and are a good place to return to if you want to review a particular area.
Questions are drawn from
1. The Spectrum of Advocacy
2. The Role of the Professional Advocate
3. Statutory Advocacy
4. The Wider Advocacy Landscape
Take your time with each question and read all four options before selecting your answer.
